Professor Cristina Has

Professor Cristina Has is head of the genodermatoses clinic at the department of Dermatology University of Freiburg, Germany. Her clinical activity includes general and paediatric dermatology, with a focus on the genodermatoses. She is internationally recognised for her work on the genetic basis of skin fragility disorders. With her group, she has identified new genes and characterised large cohorts of patients, established genotype-phenotype correlations and explored the underlying disease mechanisms.
